Barbara Ann (Hague) Bailey

Barbara Ann Bailey, 67, wife of Gus Bailey, died Thursday, July 18, 2019, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence.

Mrs. Bailey was born on March 31, 1952 in Bloomingdale, NJ, daughter of the late Albert Hague, Sr. and Mollie Kimble Hague.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Gus Bailey of Lake City; daughter, Mary (Anthony) Watson of Peachland, NC; step-children, Angela Major and Augustus (Teresa) Bailey, both of Albemarle, NC, Anthony Bailey, Anita Bailey, Antron (Gladys) Bailey, Alvin (Tonya) Bailey and Andrea Bailey, all of CT; Monique Veale and Eraina Veale, both of Harrisburg, PA; grandchildren, Antwuan Eaton, Sr., Cordero Tadych, Robert Dickey, Sr. and Errick Dickey; great grandchildren, Antwuan Eaton, Jr., A'lijah Eaton, Robert Dickey, Jr. and Royalty Dickey; number grandchildren and great grandchildren through marriage; a number of nieces and nephews; and siblings, Mollie Townsley, Albert Hague, Jr. and Alberta DeFreese; brothers-in-law, James (Pat) Bailey, Marion (Pastor Mae) Bailey and Elijah Bailey; sisters-in-law, Louise Sellers and Beatrice Pinkney; and her fur baby, Tuffy Bailey.

Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by a son, Robert Hague and a stepson.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Calvary Baptist Church.  Burial, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, will follow at Lake City Memorial Park. 

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Calvary Baptist Church, Lake City.
