Edward Evans

Charles Edward Evans, 53, died Friday, March 9, 2018, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.

Mr. Evans was born on January 29, 1965 in Florence County, son of the late Charles "Bossie" Evans and Ida Louise Parrott "Dollie" Evans. 

Surviving are his son, Logan Traylor; siblings, Lynn (James) Miles and Marie (Kenneth) Dewitt, both of Coward, Allen (Amy) Evans of Dillon, Levette McCutcheon of Scranton and Vivian (John L.) Davis of Dillon County; and a number of nieces and nephews.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Mr. Evans was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Weatherford and two sisters, Connie Godwin and Sarah Faye Nexsen.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, March 12, 2018, at Matthews Cemetery, Coward.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
