Ondrew (Powell) Ard

Ondrew Powell Ard, 72, died Thursday, April 4, 2019, at her residence, after an illness.

Mrs. Ard was born on February 26, 1947 in Florence, daughter of the late Dan Earl Powell and Rutina Pate Powell.  She was a graduate of J. C. Lynch High School and was a member of Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Ondrew was a loving mother and grandmother, who was always willing to spend time with her family.  She was generous with her time, love and money and always trusted in the lord.

Surviving are her daughter, Kay (Ralph) Harward of Coward; granddaughters, Katherine Harward and Ava Grace Harward, both of Coward; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Graveside services were 3:00 PM, Friday, April 5, 2019, at Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
