Vernelle Cantrell Obituary

Vernelle Beulah Cantrell, 85, died Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Lake City Community Hospital.

Miss. Cantrell was born June 15, 1934 in Oconee County, a daughter of the late James Levi Cantrell and Edith Collins Cantrell Shrawder.

Surviving are step-sisters, Lucille Hastings of Chambersburg, PA and Alice Cantrell Hoak of Six Mile, SC.

Miss Cantrell was predeceased by a half-sister, Sandra L. Shrawder Ebersole.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, with burial to follow at Lake City Cemetery.
