Vicki Lynn (Gause) Knotts

Vicki Lynn Gause Knotts, 58, wife of William Terry Knotts, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.

Vicki was born on January 12, 1961 in Florence County, daughter of Julia Ann Coward Gause and the late Keith Barnwell Gause. She was a graduate of J. C. Lynch High School and Florence-Darlington Technical College. She attended The Bible Temple and was a surgical tech at McLeod Hospital for 28 years. Vicki loved her family and enjoyed spending all of her spare time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Surviving in addition to her mother, Julia Gause of Scranton; are her husband, William Terry Knotts of Scranton; daughter, April (Brian) Elender of Charleston; sons, Bryan (Kelli) Knotts of Coward and Corey Knotts of Scranton; grandchildren, Luke and Anna Knotts of Coward; sisters, Debbie Gause of Lake City, Becky Gause of Florence and Cindy Filyaw of Cades; her father and mother-in-law, Gene and Shelby Knotts of Scranton;  her fur baby, Nat; her grand fur baby, Buttons; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 13, 2019, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton.  Burial will follow at Lake City Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
