William Henry "Billy" Driggers, II 58, died Friday, March 2, 2018, at his home.
Billy was born on April 17, 1959 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Hagood Jasmine Driggers and Betty Jean Huggins Driggers. He was a heavy equipment operator.
Surviving are his siblings, Cheryl (Arthur) Davis of Scranton, Hagood Eugene "Gene" Driggers of Cades, Joe (Pam) Driggers of Lake City, and Wayne (Susie) Driggers of Felton, Delaware; special nephews, Shane Davis of Scranton; nieces, Rebecca Kelley of Lexington, SC and April Driggers of Felton, Delaware; great niece, Tallulah; great nephews, Jackson and Bertrum.
It was Billy's request to have no services.
