Mr. Alfred G. Wolfe, Jr, 75, was called home on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at McLeod Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Wolfe was born on September 4, 1949, in Parkin, Arkansas, son of the late Alfred Grisham Wolfe and Marvyn Ward Wolfe. He was an honest, hardworking man, but most of all, a wonderful father. Known for his quiet strength and generous spirit, he found joy in simple pleasures—shopping at Wal-Mart, watching TV, and gathering with family. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and a sense of steadiness to everyone who knew him.
Surviving are his sons, Bradley (Danielle) Hollis of Holy Springs, MS, Alfred Wolfe and Joey Wolfe, both of Lake City; grandchildren, Alyssa, Eliott, Aeribella, Traxton, Brystal, Payton and Eli; daughter-in-law, Tamra “Lynn” Matthews of Turbeville.
Mr. Wolfe was preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara Ann Thompson and David Ward Wolfe; mother of his children, Rhonda Renea “Sierra” Wolfe.
The family will hold a private service.
