Alton O’Neal Tedder Obituary

Alton O’Neal Tedder, 74, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Rehab Center of Cheraw.

Mr. Tedder was born on March 29, 1948, in Florence County, son of the late Ingram “Bud” Tedder and Bernice Nettles Tedder.

Surviving in addition to his sister, Jewell (Edgar) Brock of Bennettsville; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Tedder was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Harold Tedder, Lonnie Tedder, Donnie Tedder, Mitchell “Mose” Tedder, Bruce Tedder, Levon Tedder and Randleson Tedder.

Funeral services will be at 5:00 PM Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, SC.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton, SC.

Memorials may be made to the Turbeville Children’s Home, 5232 W. Turbeville Hwy, Turbeville, SC 29162.
