Andrew Jackson "Jack" Yarborough, 77, husband of Ann Day Yarborough, died Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at MUSC Health of Florence.
Mr. Yarborough was born on August 2, 1943 in Florence County, son of the late Zander Yarborough and Nettie Lee Yarborough. He worked for 20 years as a Supervisor for Coastal Construction. Jack was a member of The Bible Temple for 17 years, where he served as Deacon and taught Sunday School and a current member of Friendfield PH Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching racing and the Dallas Cowboys. Jack was a kind and godly man who would help anyone and he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Ann Yarborough of Coward; children, Howard L. (Tabby) Nettles of Scranton, Anne (Tony) Gray of Florence, Joey (Cindy) Nettles of Florence and Stevie (Laurie Ann) Nettles of Coward; step daughter, Marah (Brandon) Anderson of Coward; grandchildren, Ashley & Brandon Littler, Jamie & Matt Werling, Brittney Wise, Olivia & Shane Hyatt, Courtney & Jamison Melton, Caleb & Breanna Nettles, Spencer Nettles, Rheagan Foxworth, Landon Anderson, Brook Anderson, Marshall Miles and Averie Anderson; great grandchildren, McKinley Melton, Marshall Wise, Ethan Hyatt, Addison Melton and Ryan Hyatt; sister, Rachel Stone of Coward; and brother, Larry Yarborough of Coward; and a special friend, Bryan McAllister of Coward.
Mr. Yarborough was preceded in death by his late wife, Betty Garner Yarborough; brothers, Randall Yarborough, Harold Yarborough, Gene Yarborough and Charles Yarborough; sisters, Sybil Springs, Martha Carter and Jeanette Robinson.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Friendfield Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial to follow at The Bible Temple Cemetery, Coward.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, June 25, 2021 at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel.
