Anthony Allen Wilson, age 39, of Johnsonville, South Carolina, passed away on January 6, 2026.
Anthony was a hardworking man who spent much of his life in construction, always willing to put in the work no matter how tough the job was. He found his peace fishing, spending time at the river, and being outdoors. Those moments by the water were where he felt most at home.
Above everything else, Anthony loved his children fiercely. Being a father was one of the most important parts of who he was. He especially shared a deep bond with his daughter, Taylor, whom he loved beyond words. His pride in her was unmistakable, and his love for her was constant, unconditional, and unwavering. That love will live on through her forever.
Anthony is survived by his mother, Elana Henderson; his children, Taylor Wilson, Zackary Wilson, Torrie Hucks, and Dixi McCutcheon; his sister, Desiree Evans; and his brother, Eddie Wilson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Antonio Wilson.
The family has chosen not to hold a funeral or memorial service at this time.
A message from Taylor:
To everyone who knew and loved my dad, thank you for caring about him and keeping him in your thoughts. He was not perfect, but he loved deeply, and that love is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Please remember him for the good moments, the love he had in his heart, and the memories he left behind. Anthony will be deeply missed and forever loved.
