Bobby Keith Carter

Bobby Keith Carter, 34, husband of Brandi Haselden Carter, died Tuesday, December 14, 2021.

Bobby was born on March 15, 1987, in Florence County, son of Archie Poston and the late Barbara Johnson Poston. He was a graduate of Johnsonville High School and attended New Zion Community Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Brandi Haselden Carter of Johnsonville; children, Rylie, Layla, McKenzie, and Linkoln, all of Johnsonville; sisters, Shelia (Jeffery) Huggins of Hemingway, Evon Howell of Johnsonville, Sonya Tyler (Jody Ard) of Lake City and Tonya (Wade) Stone of Johnsonville; brothers, David (Dawn) Carter of Johnsonville and Dale (Donna) Poston of Florence; paternal grandmother, Odessa Poston Greenwood of Pamplico; mother-in-law, Melanie (Joey) Prosser of Pamplico; father-in-law, Keith (Sara) Haselden of Lake City; brother-in-law, Bryan Haselden of Pamplico;  numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bobby was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Richard Johnson and Pauline Douglas Johnson; paternal grandfather, Leo Poston; aunts & uncles.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, with burial to follow at Prosser Cemetery, Pamplico.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Carolina Funeral Home and other times at the home of Sonya Tyler, 110 N. Leo Road, Lake City, SC 29560.
