Bobby Poston

Mr. Bobby Poston, 73, husband of Barbara Munn Poston, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, at his home in Florence surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Poston was born on January 31, 1952, in Florence County, son of the late Howard Poston and Letha Mae Griffin Poston. He attended Coward Baptist Church and was a retired service manager, having worked for several auto dealerships in the Pee Dee Area.  Mr. Poston was an avid lover of racing, music, fishing and his church.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara Munn Poston of Florence; daughters, Dana (Bruce) Moore of Florence and Denise (Stacy) Mims of Manning; son, Daniel (Courtney) Poston of Anderson; grandchildren, Anna Moore, Wade (Katie) Moore, Kinzlee Mims, Ashlyn (Brandon) Morris, Zara Poston, Zachary Poston and Zander Poston; great grandchildren, Josie Brady, Dolly Moore, Violet Moore and Cameron Morris; sisters, Barbara (Ronnie) Boyce and Brenda (Jeff) Mauldin; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM,  Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be Private.
