Obituary
Mrs. Brenda H. Hampton, 77, of Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
Mrs. Hampton was born on November 1, 1947, in Florence County, a daughter of the late Ed Howard and Eloise Dennis Howard. During her working years, she served as a dedicated nursing assistant at Scranton Nursing Home. She also lovingly cared for children and helped maintain the home, as a nanny, for a local family.
Surviving are her son, Joey Hampton of Kentucky; daughter-in-law, Terry Hampton of Scranton; two grandchildren, Heather and T.J.; 3 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Hampton was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Hampton and a son, Timmy Hampton, along with numerous siblings.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with private burial.
