CR Altman

CR Altman, 66, husband of the late Deborah "Debbie" Davis Altman, died Sunday, July 4, 2021, at his daughter's residence, after an illness.

CR was born on January 31, 1955 in Florence County, son of the late Allen Altman and Amelia Estelle Turner Altman. He was a member of Midway Baptist Church.

Surviving are his children, Kiersten Altman (Adam) Woodward of Houston, TX, Charity Altman (Donnie) Hanna of Johnsonville and Trenton (Jennifer) Altman of Florence; grandchildren, Donnie Wynn (Kelsee) Hanna, Jr., Carson Ross Hanna and Connor Altman Hanna, all of Johnsonville, Davis Kane Altman Woodward of Houston, TX, Kyler Renee Altman and Aiden Ross Altman, both of Florence; great grandchildren, Remington Drake Hanna and Kase Riggs Hanna, both of Johnsonville; siblings, Legrande (Amanda) Altman of Lugoff, Mark Altman of Columbia, Pete (Lisa) Altman of Florence, Nell Altman of Chester, Lynn (Randy) McKenzie of Barrineau, Brenda Altman and Pam (Terry) Lyerly, both of Johnsonville; and father-in-law, Farris C. "Buddy" Davis of Stuckey.

CR was preceded in death by his grandson, Dylan Wayne Hanna; sister, Julia Paulette Altman; and mother-in-law, Patricia "Patty" Greenwood Davis.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Old Johnsonville Cemetery, Johnsonville.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
