Cheryl Jean Collins Hernandez, 48, wife of Dionicio Hernandez, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.
Cheryl was born on September 9, 1976, in Florence County, daughter of the late Harvey Lee Collins and Shirley Dean Jordan Collins. She served as manager of Markette convenience stores for over 20 years and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Dionicio Hernandez of Florence, are her step children, Briona Hernandez and Bryce Hernandez; sister, Sherry Lynn Collins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Mizpah Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
