Dexter "Preston" Marion Feagin

Dexter Marion "Preston" Feagin, Sr., 80, husband of the late Patricia Pack Feagin, died Thursday, February 20, 2020, at MUSC - Carolinas, Florence.

Mr. Feagin was born on October 22, 1939 in Williamsburg County, son of the late M. C. Feagin and Lennie Bell McGee Feagin.  He attended Terrell's Church of God of Prophecy and was a small engine mechanic. 

Surviving are his sons, Gene Feagin and Dexter Feagin, Jr., both of Lake City; grandsons, James Feagin and Dustin Feagin, both of Lake City and Trey Feagin of Sumter; granddaughter, Jessica Rogers of Florence; brothers, Jimmy Earl Feagin and Starling Feagin, both of Lake City and Carroll (Connie) Feagin of Turbeville; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Feagin was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Feagin and a sister, Lillian McKenzie.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 23, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Terrell's Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
