Diane R Hickman

Diane Hickman, 61, wife of Mark Hickman, died Friday, November 5, 2021, at Prisma Tuomey Hospital, Sumter.

Diane was born on September 23, 1960 in Hemingway, daughter of the late Algie D. Stone and Viola Cribb-Stone Gibson. She worked for many years at Hebron Textile and enjoyed sewing.

Surviving are her husband, Mark Hickman of Cades; daughter, Misty E. (Stephen) McGee of Scranton; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Patricia Baxley and Vickie (Wallie) Young, both of Hemingway; Lisa Powell of Georgetown and Tony Algie Stone of Hemingway; mother-in-law, Earline P. Hickman of Cades; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Kingstree First Freewill Baptist Church, Kingstree. Burial will follow at New Hope Christian Church Cemetery, New Zion.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 7, 2021, at the church.
