Donald Lee Obituary
Mr. Donald Kenneth Lee, 70, of Florence, husband of Patricia A. Lee, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.
Mr. Lee was born on May 8, 1953, in Florence County, son of the late James Lee, Sr. and Anna Calder Lee. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from truck driving. Mr. Lee was a graduate of Lake City High School and Francis Marion University. He was an avid golfer and Gamecock fan.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia A. Lee, of Florence; children, Scotty (Stephanie) Lee and Monica (Rhett) Calcutt; grandchildren, Riley Calcutt and Matthew Lee; siblings, Ronald (Wanda) Lee, Jimmy (Mary Beth) Lee and Gerald (Cynthia) Lee; sister-in-law, Sandra Lee.
Mr. Lee was preceded in death by siblings, Kelly Lee and David Lee; sister-in-law, Carolyn Lee.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Florence.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, October 23, 2023, at Carolina Funeral Home.
