Earleen Outz Obituary

Earleen Graham Outz, 90, passed away, Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Lake City Scranton Health Care, Scranton, SC.

Mrs. Outz was born on November 4, 1929 in Cades,SC, daughter of the late Edwin Leo Graham and Ruth Thomas Graham. In her younger years she moved to Atlanta, Ga. where she spent most of her life in Roswell, Georgia. She served as Evangelist Coordinator, as well as other positions over her 26 years working at Roswell United Methodist Church. She moved to Lake City, SC, 22 years ago to be closer to her siblings. She attended the Lake City Methodist Church and enjoyed volunteering with Meals on Wheels.

Surviving are her step children, William (Wilma) Outz, Sr. of Kathleen, Ga., Betty Byrd of Warner Robins, Ga. and Lamar (Marilyn) Outz of Warner Robins, Ga.; Step grand-children, Wendy Keene Outz of Hoschton, Ga., William Outz, Jr. of Marietta, Ga., Richard (Susan) Outz of Warner Robins, Ga, Becky Taylor of Everett, WA, Mark (Amy) Byrd of Bonaire, Ga., Jeff Outz of Warner Robins, Ga., Kevin (Melissa) Outz of Denver, N.C., and Karen (Andy) Roberts of Alpharetta, Ga.; 12 step great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; nieces, Elsie (Ron) Hatchell of Effingham, SC, Barbara (Cliff) Matthews of Pamplico, SC, Martha Jean Powell of Florence, SC, and Lois Ann (Kenneth) Bowen of Lake City, SC.

Mrs. Outz was preceded in death by her step daughter, Martha Outz Taylor; step grandson, Rod Taylor; sisters, Martha Washington Graham, Margaret Louise Graham, Mary Belle Graham (Zollie) Powell and Anna Christine Graham; brothers, Ernest (Mary) Graham, Joseph Lyde Graham, James (Lenora) Graham, Thomas "Bob" (Frances) Graham and Warren Davis Graham; nephews, Edward Leo "Buddy" Powell, Joe Graham, Jr. and Tommy Graham; niece, Gayle Graham Evans.

Private Graveside Services will be arranged by Roswell Funeral Home, Roswell, GA.
