Eve Hartfield Simcic

Mrs. Lydia "Eve" Hartfield Simcic, 58, wife of Phillip Simcic, died Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Lake City Community Hospital.

Mrs. Simcic was born October 23, 1960, in Florence County, daughter of the late Wylie Eugene Hartfield, Sr., and Estelle Matthews Hartfield.  Eve was a homemaker.

Surviving besides her husband, Phillip Simcic; children, Troy "Gene" (Michele) McDaniel, Keith LeDain McDaniel, Angela Lynn Blake, Justin Eaddy, Justin P. Simcic, and LeighAnne Kuhn; grandchildren, Kailey McDaniel and Hailey McDaniel; brothers, David E. (Sherry) Hartfield and Dan Hartfield.

Mrs. Simcic was predeceased by a brother, Wylie Eugene Hartfield, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Prospect Pentecostal Holiness Church, Lake City. Burial, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, will follow at Old Landing Cemetery, Pamplico.   

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Prospect Pentecostal Holiness Church, Lake City, SC.
