Frances (Miles) Coward

Mrs. Frances Coward, 78, wife of Frank Douglas Coward, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025, at her home in Coward.

Mrs. Coward was born on June 5, 1946, in Florence, daughter of the late Ernest Miles and Fannie Matthews Miles. She formerly worked in the Textile Manufacturing Industry and was a homemaker.

Surviving are her sons, Joey (Cricket) Coward, Frank “Dougie” (Karen) Coward and Danny Ray (Caroline) Coward; grandchildren, Terri Coward, Carrie Coward, Melissa Coward, Chelsea Coward, Daniel Coward, Zachary (Hannah) Coward, Chandler Coward and Cameron Coward; great grandchildren, Christian Sims, Hannah Cole, Mason Sims, Jase Sims and Blakelyn Coward.

Mrs. Coward was preceded in death by her siblings, Stumpy Miles, Pete Miles and Evelyn Baxley.

The family of Mrs. Coward, would like to extend a special “Thank You” to the Staff of Agape Hospice for their care.

The family will receive friends 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial to follow at Hicks Hill Cemetery (Beulah FWB of Pentecostal Faith Old #4 Hwy, Scranton, SC).
