Gavin Steven Feagin

Gavin Steven Feagin, 32, of Kingstree, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023.

Gavin was born on November 1, 1990, in Florence County, son of Gary Feagin and Katina Scurry. He attended East Clarendon High School, Florence Darlington Technical College and worked in the HVAC industry. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved his children and family dearly. 

Surviving are his father, Gary Feagin; mother, Katina Scurry; children, Bentley Tucker Feagin, William Landon Feagin, and Layna Marie Feagin, all of Olanta, and Kreightan Miles Feagin of Lake City; sister, Brooke (Timmy) Clardy of Manning; brother, Dylan Feagin of Kingstree; maternal grandparents, Steve and Betty Scurry; aunts, Shannon (Jay) McKnight of Turbeville and Becky (Chris) Upton of Lake City; uncle, Ervin Floyd of Lake City; cousins, Kelly (Matthew) Stone of New Zion, Tyler (Evan) Floyd, Alaysia Nelson, Amara Nelson and Aryanna Scurry, all of Lake City.

Gavin was preceded in death by a brother, Dustin Feagin and his paternal grandparents, Junior and Marjorie Feagin.

Memorial services will be 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 3, 2023, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
