Mr. Glenn William Hutto, 62, of New Zion, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at McLeod Health Clarendon.
Mr. Hutto was born on February 23, 1964, in Bremerton, Washington, son of Patricia Anne Huber Hutto Filyaw and the late William Jackson Hutto. He was a welder by trade who enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved nature and the outdoors and found peace in being outside. A devoted son, he faithfully cared for his mother with love and compassion. Mr. Hutto was known as a simple man with a big heart, always willing to help others and offer kindness to those around him.
Surviving are his mother, Patricia Anne Huber Hutto Filyaw; son, Jesse Shane (Ashley) Hutto; daughter, Summer Ariana Hutto; grandchildren, Gabriel, Noah, Kayden, Brittney and Krislyn; sister, Karen H. (Chris) Browder; brother, John Henry (April) Filyaw.
Mr. Hutto was preceded in death by a step-father, Delos Jackson Filyaw; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Edith Huber; paternal grandparents, Harvey and Leola Hutto.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 15, 2026, at Floyd Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends following the service.
