Hagood J. Feagin

Mr. Hagood J. Feagin, 82, husband of Yolanda Morris Feagin, passed away March 9, 2023, at Carlyle Senior Care of Kingstree.

Mr. Feagin, of Lake City, was born on September 10, 1940, in Williamsburg County, a son of the late James Feagin and Letha Conyers Feagin. Mr. Feagin served with the National Guard, was affiliated with Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church, worked with Merita Bread and was an avid golfer throughout the area.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Yolanda Morris Feagin, of Lake City, are his daughters, Sharon F. Floyd of Olanta and Sheila F. (Kevin) Mouzon of Kingstree; grandchildren, Brandon (Amanda) Floyd of Olanta, Becky (Teddy) Williams of Lake City, Shandi Young of Coward, Haleigh (Tyler) Johnson of Lake City, Taylor Mouzon of Kingstree and Jenna Mouzon of Kingstree; 9 great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Jean Ard of Lake City, Monroe (Sheri) Feagin of Pamplico and Glenda (Heyward) Gibbons of Kingstree.

Mr. Feagin was preceded in death by a son, Russell Eric Feagin; brother, Junior Feagin; sister, Norma Strickland; sister-in-law, Margie Feagin; son-in-law, Carlton “Peanut” Floyd.

Funeral services will be 5:00 PM, Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 5:00 PM, Sunday, March 12, 2023, at the Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church.
