Heather Kelly Bissett, 28, died Friday, March 20, 2020, at MUSC, Florence

Heather was born on May 31, 1991 in Florence, daughter of Hilda Cook Chockley and the late James Anthony Kelly, Jr. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and loved playing softball.

Surviving are her mother, Hilda (Joey) Chockley; children, Tristen Bissett, Chloe Bissett and Jayden Bissett; father of the children, Matthew Bissett; companion, Mark Goodman; stepchildren, Marcus Goodman, III, Sierra Smith and John Goodman; siblings, Kenneth (Amy) Kelly, Michelle (Wesley) Cook, Mycalla (Michael) Kelly and Travis Kelly; grandmother, Linda McGee and Margaret Kelly; nieces, Ivy Cook, Adrianna Kelly, Alayah Kelly, Izzabella Kelly, Katie Kelly and Letty Kelly; Nephew, David Kelly; stepfather, Lucas Chockley.

Heather was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth Cook, Wanda Cook Lovell, James Kelly, Sr.; special papa, Johnny Miles and nephew, Colten Cook.

Graveside services will be Private.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, March 27, 2020, at the home of Carol Matthews, 1737 South Friendfield Road, Scranton.
