Jerry Allen Johnson

Jerry Allen Johnson, 72, husband of Mary Collins Johnson, passed on Monday, June 15, 2020, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence.

Mr. Johnson was born on March 28, 1948 in Conway, son of the late James and Altha Watson Johnson. He was a graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School and a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam.  Mr. Johnson was a farmer and later worked with Walmart in Florence.  He attended Willow Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Collins Johnson of Pamplico; children, Joy, Stewart and Michelle; grandchildren, Justin, Will, Ellie and Leah; siblings, Joyce (Legrand) Flowers, James "Kenny" (Mary) Johnson, Ronald Johnson and Marilyn Johnson Hoffmeyer.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his brother, Lamar Johnson.

Graveside memorial services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Willow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Pamplico.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the home, located at 1026 Delta Mill Road, Pamplico.
