Jesse Calvin Jolly

Jesse Calvin Jolly, 69, husband of Connie Miles Jolly, died Sunday, August 30, 2020, at his residence, after an illness.

Mr. Jolly was born on November 30, 1950 in Florence County, son of the late King David Jolly and Alberta Conyers Jolly. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Connie Miles Jolly of Scranton; son, Brian C. (Arianna) Jolly of Hilton, NY; grandchildren, Jesse James Jolly, Emily Jolly, Lindsey Jolly and Ashley Carver; great grandchild, Sophia Jolly; sister, Dot Allen; brothers, John (Gail) Jolly and Jimmy Jolly; and his furry friend, Buster.

Mr. Jolly was preceded in death by his sons, David Jolly and Adam Jolly; sister, Joyce Gleason; and brother, Robert Jolly.

Graveside services with Military Honors, will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at Scranton United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19 and unforeseen circumstances services have been changed to graveside only, with no visitation.
