Obituary
Mr. Joddy Dean Morris, Sr., 58, of Effingham, husband of Rochelle Floyd Morris, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at his residence.
Mr. Morris was born on December 29, 1966, in Florence, SC, son of the late Rembert H. Morris and Sherba Watford Morris.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Rochelle Floyd Morris, are his sons, Joddy Dean “JD” (Tahnee) Morris, Jr. of Lake City and Ethan Lucius (Michaela) Morris of Ft. Riley, KS; grandchildren, Mya, Payton, Tori, Everett and Ezra; sister, Tabitha “Tab” Williams of Rock Hill, SC.
Mr. Morris was preceded in death by a brother, Heddley Eugene Morris.
The family will receive friends 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel.
