Johnny Flowers Obituary

John Wayne "Johnny" Flowers, 70, passed away Sunday morning, December 26, 2021 at his home.

Johnny was born March 8, 1951 in Florence County, a son of the late Cleve Clayton Flowers and Wilhelmina Miles Flowers. He was a retired carpenter and enjoyed fishing.

Johnny is survived by his children, Kimly (Mark) McClam and Wendy (Dwayne) Yarborough both of Scranton and Jonathan Brian Flowers of Lake City; mother of his children, Wanda Flowers of Lake City; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; his brothers, Cecil Flowers of Scranton and Robert Flowers of Coward; sisters, Jeanette (Alton "Bubba") Yarborough of Scranton and Debra Cole of Effingham; and his devoted dog, Squeaky.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Danny Ray Flowers, Joel "Joe" Flowers, and Larry Mitchell Flowers, and his sister, Judy Faye Norwood.

Private memorial services will be held at a later time.
