Julie C Hayes

Mrs. Julie Hayes, 79, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.

Mrs. Hayes was born on December 6, 1945, in Williamsburg County, daughter of the late Robert Earle Coker and Eunice Lillian Thomas Coker. She enjoyed being around people, especially her family and she had the gift of remembering everyone’s birthday. Mrs. Hayes was thoughtful and was known for checking on and showing concern when others were sick or having difficulties.

Surviving are her daughter, Karen Osborne of Green Mountain, NC; brother, Roger (Elizabeth) Coker of Lake City; sister-in-law, Lena Bell Coker of Hemingway; niece, Fran (Terrel) Newell of Hemingway; nephews, Robin (Dena) Coker and Allen (Colea) Coker, both of Lake City.

Mrs. Hayes was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Coker.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Hebron Crossroads Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
