Mr. Justin Blain Coker Bryant, 34, passed away, Thursday, April 17, 2025, at his home in Scranton.
Justin was born on June 1, 1990, in Florence County, son of Renee Coker Bryant and the late Jack Bryant. He worked in construction and utilities as a Class A Lineman. Justin graduated from Lake City High School, Class of 2008. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his son, Colton Blain Bryant of Scranton; sisters, Niya Anzlee Coker Bryant, Keriston Denise Coker Bryant, Kyra Raven Coker Bryant and Brenlee Mylea Coker Bryant, all of Lake City; maternal grandmother, Jeanette Coker; aunts, Donna Coker (Johnny Ridgle), Betty Ruth Floyd and Linda Bryant; uncle, Tracy Dexter (Tina E.) Coker; cousins, Bryan (Marie) Coker, Carlee Coker, Hunter Flowers, Dexter Byron (Katie F.) Coker, Matthew Kirby Coker, Laiklyn Gaskins, Ashlyn Gaskins, Easyn Coker, Meg (Dale) Floyd, Al Floyd and Sharon Bryant; Colton’s sister, McKinley Soles.
Justin was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Pearly and Gladys Bryant; maternal grandfather, Dexter Coker; great aunt and uncle, Mut & Loretta Coker; uncles, Allen Floyd and Keith Bryant.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, April 25, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, April 25, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Hicks Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Faith Holiness Church, PO Box 57, Scranton, SC 29591 in memory of Justin Blain Coker Bryant.
