Karen Renee Gibbons

Karen Renee Gibbons, 42, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020, in Goose Creek.

Karen was born on February 7, 1978 in Manning, SC, daughter of Heyward Keith Gibbons and Glenda Kay Feagin Gibbons. She enjoyed playing pool and loved kids and her greatest joy was being Mema to Paisley.

Surviving in addition to her parents of Kingstree are her children, Whitney Stone of Ocklawaha, Florida, Alex Stone, Jr of Summerville and James "Brad" (Sara) Stone of Germany; granddaughter, Paisley Stone; brother, Bryan K. Gibbons of Kingstree; sister, Melissa (Tommy) McCants of Manning; step-children, Matthew Gray and Jessica Gray, both of Summerville, Kayla Gray of Clemson; fathers to her children, Alex Stone, Sr. and Ronnie Cobb and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Old Piney Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, prior to the service at Carolina Funeral Home.
