Kenneth Ray Williams

Kenneth Ray Williams, 62, of Lake City, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024, at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center.

Mr. Williams was born on August 25, 1961, in Dorchester County, son of the late Benjamin D. Williams Sr. and Bernice Grooms Williams.  He worked as a self-employed carpenter before his health declined and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are his daughters, Kaitlyn (Trent) Lewis of Moncks Corner and Jessica Rogers of Manning; sisters, Dorothy (Arthur) Vick and Wendy Williams; brothers, Benjamin (Cherie) Williams, Tony (Kathy) Williams and Leonard (Marilyn) Williams; granddaughter, Madilyn Lewis; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Williams and a sister, Doris Nusbaum.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
