Kenneth "Ken" Wilson Rauch

Leaving a legacy of love behind him, Kenneth “Ken” Wilson Rauch, age 65, of Lake City, entered into heavenly rest on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

Born and raised in Florence, South Carolina, Ken was the son of the late Mr. Wilbur Rauch and Mrs. Lynette (Rauch) Lockey. He was a proud graduate of Wilson High School, Class of 1979. Ken devoted many years of his life to his work, spending over two decades with Southeastern Industrial Equipment before completing his career at Carolina Prestress. To countless softball players in the community, he was known simply and lovingly as “Coach,” a title he carried with pride. Above all, Ken deeply loved his family and treasured life’s simple joys — quiet days at the lake, shared laughter, and a cold can of Pepsi in hand.

Preceding him in death are his daughter, Kimberly Rauch, and late wife, Donna Morris Rauch.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judy Rauch; daughter, Amber Rauch; children in love, Zachary Hancock and Jonathan (Kimberly) Hancock; grandchildren, Emily Ard, Kerrigan McKenzie, Adley Beard, Bradham DuBose, Carson Hancock and Riley Hancock; sister, Renee (Warren) Parrott; nephew, Brad (Kasey) Tiller; great niece, Aniston Tiller; great nephew, Banks Tiller; special uncle, Lewis Rauch; along with a host of special cousins, and his furry friends for life, Odie and Willow.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, December 19, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM in the chapel with Reverend Tim Nail and Reverend Mike McKenzie officiating.

Burial will be private.
