LaDonna Staggs Haselden Welch

Mrs. LaDonna Staggs Haselden Welch, 45, wife of Jerry Welch, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Galveston, Texas, after an illness.

LaDonna was born on September 4, 1979, in Florence, Alabama, daughter of the late Charles Michael Staggs and Rosalie Ann Dodd Staggs. She had an adventurous spirit, which led to her love for horses, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. LaDonna touched many hearts throughout her journey in life.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are her children, Brittany (Garrett) Tanner, Sumer (Aulston) Haselden, and Brannon (Samantha) Haselden; grandchildren, Luke, Mavery, Landon, Jordyn, Hayden, Remington, Chase, Paisley and Harlan; father of her children, Michael Haselden; sisters, Tina Michelle Staggs and Brooke Fowler.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, February 15, 2025, at New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
