Lena Nadine (Curry) Young

Mrs. Lena Nadine Curry Young, 84, wife of the late Kenneth Dewey Young, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Young was born on February 10, 1941, in Florence County, daughter of the late Jack Curry and Lena Cook Curry. She was a member of the Scranton United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her children, William “Billy” (Tammie) Young of Lake City, Cynthia Young (Curt) Harbuck of Roebuck and Pam Young (Stephen) Pace of Lake City; grandchildren, Brandon Pace, Amanda (Garrett) Loving, Michael Pace, Allie Harbuck, Caitlin Harbuck and Abby Young; great granddaughter, Ramona Pace; sisters, Betty (Freddie) Collins, Carolyn Conner, Myrtle Johnson and Glenda (Van) Williams.

Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Curry.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, August 11, 2025, at E.V. Gaskins Family Cemetery, Lake City.

The family will receive friends immediately following the services at the cemetery.
