Obituary
Mrs. Linda Ard, 70, of Lake City, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 8, 2024, at MUSC Health Black River Medical Center.
Mrs. Ard was born on July 24, 1953, in Florence County, daughter of the late Jessie Pollard and Alla Ruby Bellflower Pollard. She was a member of Lake City Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a retired Med Tech.
Surviving are her children, Brandon (Jenn) Ard of Johnsonville and Jacqueline Lambert of Lake City; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Teresa Turner of Johnsonville and Jessie (Lisa) Pollard, Jr of South Dakota; and numerous extended family.
Mrs. Ard was preceded in death by the father of her children, O’Neal Ard.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, July 12, 2024, at Carolina Funeral Home, 215 E. Hwy 378 Bypass, Scranton, SC 29591 and at other times at 324 North Cotton Wood Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, July 12, 2024, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel. Private burial will be at Lake City Memorial Park.
