Mrs. Linda Williams Robinson, 79, beloved wife of the late Thomas Julian Robinson, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
Mrs. Robinson was born on March 7, 1946, in Bladen County, North Carolina. Mrs. Robinson was a devoted member of Tabernacle in The Wilderness Church and a loving homemaker with a talent for sewing. She had a remarkable gift for remembering birthdays, always sending thoughtful cards that made others feel special. She never met a stranger and was a wonderful cook —her table was always open, and everyone was welcome.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Frankie (Gina) Britt, Gerald (Carol) Britt, Robert (Jenny) Robinson, Tommy Robinson, Troy Robinson and Michael (Caroline) Robinson; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Keith (Ruth) Robinson and Wilbur (Jane) Robinson; sister-in-law, Joan Williams; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mable Gibson Williams and her siblings, Glen Williams and Judy Shearer.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Tabernacle in The Wilderness Church. Burial will follow at Hewitt Cemetery.
