Madison "Mattie" Moyer

Mattie has gone to live with her Heavenly Father and loved one in Heaven. She died on November 27, 2020 after an illness at MUSC, Ashley River Tower, Charleston.

Mrs. Moyer was born on August 9, 1961, in Florence, SC to the late Russell Everette Moyer and Hazel Cook Dickerson Moyer. Mattie believed in God's love, no matter where you choose to worship. Her children were the most important part of her life, she spent most all of her time with them when they were children. She would say, "One day they will appreciate all this time we have together." Mattie would have loved more time, creating memories with her parents when she was a child.

Surviving are her children; Kynedy Rese Mills of Turbeville, and Creig Davis Mills, spouse, Samantha Mills of MA; grandchildren, Zoe Mills, Brigd Mills, Anais Mills and Faryn Mills, Angelina Mills and Rosaria Mills; sibling, Patricia (John Samuel) Cox of Lake City; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Moyer was preceded by her siblings, Russell Everette Moyer, Jr., Louis Wesley Dickerson, James Ronald Dickerson and Betty Jean Moyer.

Graveside service will be 11:30 AM, Monday, November 30, 2020 at Cook Cemetery, Lake City.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Monday, November 30, 2020 at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton
