Margaret Ann (Worrell) Kelly

Margaret Ann Worrell Kelly, 68, wife of the late James A. “Butch” Kelly, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.

 Margaret Ann Worrell Kelly was born on August 15, 1956, in Florence County, daughter of the late James Willard Worrell and Dovie Vermell Turner Worrell.   

Surviving are her son, James “J. T.” Worrell; daughter, Gina (Matthew) Gardner; grandchildren, Hannah Gardner, Madisyn Gardner, Michelle Kelly, Mycalla Kelly, Kenny Kelly, Travis Kelly, Preston Kelly, Grace Kelly and Connor Kelly; former daughter-in-law, Crystal Moree; sisters, Mary Evelyn (Buddy) Smith and Mattie W. Powell; brother, Mitchell Worrell (Sally Houser); dear family friends, Joe, Billy Wright, Charlene Floyd, Shane Atkinson, Will Dorrell & family.

Margaret was preceded in death by her son, Clarence Taylor; step-son James Kelly, Jr; grandchildren, Heather Kelly and Colton Cook; siblings, Albert “A. J. Worrell, James “Bubba” Worrell, Wanda Cook Euten and 3 infant siblings.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Carolina Funeral Home.

Memorial service will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel.
