Mary Sue Williams Obituary

Mary Sue Williams, 71, wife of the late Brady Joe Williams, died Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.

Mary Sue was born on January 23, 1951, in Florence County, daughter of the late Alvin Floyd and Buena Clemmons Floyd. Mary Sue was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God of Phophecy in Olanta for many years.  She enjoyed traveling, photography and spending time with her grandkids.

Surviving are sons; Bobby Joe (Angel) Williams of Coward, Justin (Chelsey) Williams of Crestwood, Florida, Tyler Williams of Florence, William Williams of Lake City and daughter, Linda Williams of Lake City; six (6) grandchildren and three (3) great grandchildren; brother, Kelly (Sandra) Floyd of Lynchburg; sister, Faye Floyd and a special friend, Bill.   

Mary Sue was preceded in death by her siblings; Linda Floyd, Ernest Floyd, Terry Floyd, Roger Floyd and Ann Floyd; great grandchild, Brady Aaron Williams.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, SC, with burial to follow at Strickland-Feagin Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at Carolina Funeral Home.
