Melissa Ann Brown, 52, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023, at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center.
Melissa was born on September 4, 1970, in Florence County, daughter of the late Gerald White and Catherine Hill Miles.
Surviving are her children, Amanda Lynn (Harrison) Plunkett, Justen (Kriston) Brown, and Lindsey Cox; grandchildren, Bryson Plunkett, Isabella Plunkett, Ansley Brown, Abby Brown, Anna Brown, Gage Cox, and Xena Eason; best friends, Renee Flowers, Elaine Hall and Rhonda Byrd.
Melissa was preceded in death by her best friend, Vickie Lee Cox.
Graveside services will be 2:30 PM, Friday, April 28, 2023, at Baldwin-Matthews Cemetery, Lake City.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Friday, April 28, 2023 at Carolina Funeral Home.
