Mulder Lerion Coker, 76, husband of Loretta Coker, died Friday, November 20, 2020, at MUSC Health Medical Center, Florence.
Mr. Coker was born July 20, 1944 in Florence County, son of the late Julious Harvey Coker and Velma Lois Coker. He was a meat cutter for 50 years for Piggly Wiggly and IGA.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Loretta Langston Coker of Lake City; Son, Mulder Brian (Marie) Coker of Lake City; grandchildren, Carlee Coker of Lake City and Hunter Flowers of Lake City; sisters-in-law, Jeanette Coker of Lake City, Blondell Johnson of Timmonsville, Jeanette Wilkes, Joyce Ann Martin and Mildred Ackerman, all of Scranton.
Mr. Coker was preceded in death by a brother, Dexter Coker; brother-in-laws, Charles Langston, Rev. Freddie Johnson, JW Wilkes, Leon Martin, Sr. and Clinton Ackerman and sister-in-law, Bobbie Jean Rodil.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM, Sunday, November 22, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Lake City Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM, Sunday, November 22, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home.
