Mrs. Patty Carter Isom, 69, of Lake City, wife of Olin Glenn Isom, III, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at her residence.
Patty was born on September 13, 1955, in Manning, daughter of the late Johnnie Roosevelt Carter and Betty Jean McElveen Cockerill. She was a member of Lake City Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Glenn Isom of Lake City, are her children, Chrystie (Jeff) Baltenbach of Murrells Inlet, Ashley (Hal) Edwards of Lake City, Chad (Brittany) Jordan of Barrineau and Olin Glenn (Karen) Isom, IV of Apex, NC; grandchildren, Eryn Auman, Anya Baltenbach, Mara Baltenbach, Blayne Edwards, Mary Ainsley “Mae” Edwards, Jayce Edwards, Maxton Edwards, Macey Edwards, Isla Ann Jordan, Liston Jordan, Elena Lorbacher and Grant Lorbacher; siblings, Lynn Cockfield of Scranton and Jerry (Alicia) Carter of Manning; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Mrs. Isom was preceded in death by her step-father, Billy Cockerill; brother-in-law, Warren Shubert Cockfield.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, 215 E. Hwy 378 Bypass, Scranton, SC 29591.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
