Ray Dennis Obituary

Ray Dennis, 63, husband of Dianne Fennell Dennis, died Sunday, January 17, 2021, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.

Mr. Dennis was born on May 21, 1957 in Williamsburg County, son of the late James William Dennis and Lavon Stone Dennis. He was a graduate of Hemingway High School and was retired from Wellman Industries as an Electrician. Mr. Dennis enjoyed camping, fishing and gardening.

Surviving are his wife, Dianne Fennell Dennis of Lake City; son, Wayne (Tracy) Hanna of Lake City; and granddaughter, Carmen Hanna of Lake City; brothers, James Dennis of Hemingway and Kenny (Mary) Dennis of Johnsonville and sister, Vonda (Furman) Graham of Hemingway

Mr. Dennis was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Hanna Ard; and his brother, Carl Dennis.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at E. V. Gaskins Cemetery, Lake City.
