Roger Williamson Obituary

Roger E. Williamson, 75, husband of Sandra Humphries Williamson, died Sunday, December 20, 2020, at MUSC Heath in Florence.

Mr. Williamson was born on January 7, 1945 in Williamsburg County, son of the late Alfred Armstrong Williamson and Omie Thompson Williamson. He attended Prospect Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a retired contractor with Bonitz Construction Company. Mr. Williamson enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife Sandra Humphries Williamson; sons, Shawn (Staci) Williamson of Walhalla and Rodrick (June) Williamson of Hemingway; grandchildren, Savannah Williamson, Nadalie Williamson, Tinley Williamson, Blake Williamson, Forrest Williamson and Rusty Williamson.

Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his son, Roger Kurt Williamson; brothers, Kenneth "Buster" Williamson and Robert "Sonny" Williamson; sister, Vera Mae Miller and infant sister, Juanita Williamson.

At Mr. Williamsons request there will be no services.
