Mr. Russell “Russ” Luther Ridgle, 60, of Harleyville, husband of Linda Ridgle, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Ridgle was born on September 26, 1963, in Williamsburg County, son of the late Henry Luther Ridgle and Judy Ann Moore Ridgle. He was very committed to his wife, loved her very much and lived every day taking care of her. She was the love and joy of his life. Mr. Ridgle was self-employed, he and his wife worked very hard to build a manufactured home community. He enjoyed fishing, working in the woods on his property and was a Carolina Gamecock fan.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 28 years, Linda Ridgle of Harleyville, are his sisters, Donna (Terry) Eaddy of Georgetown and Angela (Kris) Suskie of Pawleys Island; brother, Phillip (Wendy) Ridgle of McClellanville; step-mother, Donna Ridgle of Andrews; sister-in-law, Cindy (Rodney) Gray of Timmonsville; two nieces and two nephews; six godchildren and many cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation to follow after the service.
