Mrs. Ruth McClam Williamson, 76, of Lake City, wife of the late George Albert Williamson, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of The Pee Dee.
Mrs. Williamson was born on April 16, 1948, in Florence County, daughter of the late Roy McClam and Ethel Jordan McClam. She was a very sweet and kind person, who loved going to church and spending time with all the church ladies. Mrs. Williamson enjoyed cooking, traveling, riding on the golf cart and following her granddaughter, Baylee.
Surviving are her sons, Chris Williamson of Lake City and Jamie (Michelle) Williamson of Scranton; grandchildren, Chase Williamson of Lake City, Baylee Williamson of Scranton, Erica Floyd of Kingstree and Ashley Bonilla of Lake City; special nephew, Ronald (Teresa) Floyd of Lake City; special niece, Sherry Floyd and many more nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Williamson and daughter, Paulette Williamson.
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Williamson Cemetery, Cades, South Carolina.
Family will receive friends at the gravesite immediately following the service.
