Sally (Tilton) Marsh

Sally Tilton Marsh, 70, wife of Donnie Marsh, met her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at her residence.

Mrs. Marsh was born on November 4, 1950 in Georgetown County, daughter of the late Allen Albert Tilton and Ollie Mae Howard Tilton. She was a graduate of Andrews High School and was a member of Lake City Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving are her husband, Donnie Marsh of Florence; children, Leslie C. (Tim) Smith of Florence, Joey Graham (Christy) Cantley of Scranton, Jason Edward (Sandra) Cantley of Florence; grandchildren, Madeline (Josh) Cooper and Olivia Smith, both of Florence, Jessica (Gary Mixon) Cantley of Scranton, Kayla Cantley, Triston Cantley and Caroline Cantley, all of Florence, Glynn Michael Barrineau of Andrews and Hannah Cook of Lancaster; eight great grandchildren; siblings, Lossie Mae (Johnny) Evans, Bernice Spruill, Louvenia Godwin, Gertie Richardson, Mary Alice Lee and Robbie (Sherry) Tilton.

Mrs. Marsh was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her brothers, Melton Tilton, John Allen Tilton and Elvis Tilton.

Mrs. Marsh met the love of her life, Donnie Marsh, in 1984 and spent her remaining years making memories in their home.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Friday, October 1, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, with burial to follow at Lake City Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Friday, October 1, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
