Sandra Marie Richburg Keller, 66, of Lexington, passed away Friday, January 17, 2025, at her residence.
Sandie, as she was known to family, was born on July 30, 1958, in Williamsburg County, daughter of the late George Washington Richburg and Rosa Lee Sims Moore. She was a vibrant, fiery woman, but more than anything, she was just really funny. She had a great sense of humor about life, love, illness, and in the end, even her own death. Some of her last words were teasing her children. She was faithful & loving, and while she was imperfect, she was charitable to the bone. Many children grew to be kinder, more giving adults because of the generosity that she taught and showed in her actions.
Surviving are her children, Larry Cardwell, Jr., Justin Cardwell, Amanda (Brandon) Bird, Shannon Bee (Fionn Brunnock) and Kaley Bee; grandchildren, JonJon Cardwell, Shelby Cardwell, Julie Cardwell, Emily Cardwell, Evander Cardwell, Jonathan Cardwell, Trinity Cardwell, Brayden Bird, Jay Bird, Shane Spire, Emily Riggs, Lily Bee, and Gabby Bolen; great grandchild, Elsie Spire; step son, Daniel Stone, Jr.; siblings, John Richburg (Barbara Perrone), Thomas Richburg and Pearl Black.
Mrs. Keller was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Richburg; first husband, Douglas Keller and second husband, Daniel “Danno” Stone, Sr.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Foreston Cemetery, 6151 Liberty Church Road, Manning, SC.
